#1.  Websites4Contractors.com - They will custom design you a four page website this does not include any marketing or any type of back office where you can easily make edits to your own website.

Cost: $649 Setup + $29/Monthly. (4 page website)
Cost: $1195 Setup + $39/Monthly (9 page website)

That's basically $1000 for your first year and $348 yearly after that for just their most basic package!  You're looking at $1600 your first year with their higher level package and then $468 every year after that.

#2. BuilderPresence.Com - They offer websites designed based on the popular Joomla platform.  Not something you (as a contractor) should even care about but with their system you'll need to understand Joomla and how to use it.  They provide the training.

Cost: $749.97  (up to 10 page site)
Cost: $1349.97 (up to 20 page site)

Their packages also include the ability to add pictures, videos etc... Everything you can get through here as well for quite a bit less.  Not to mention you won't have to learn anything about complex CMS (Content Management Systems)  You want to spend your time on what makes you money.

#3. VisionWebServices.Com - They offer a basic one page website for $100/year.  And it goes up from there.

Cost: $1295 (5 page website)

That's a lot of scratch for a 5 page website.  This does include hosting so they don't get you with monthly fees.  With all of their packages you still DO NOT have the ability to login to a back office and edit your own website.  Instead they give you 4 free updates per year.

The above competitors give you a rough idea of what else you can get for your money.  They offer nothing that you cannot get through us for a better price and the same if not better customer service.
