Our Basic Website Package Includes:

• Complete Cpanel Hosting Account - You'll have your own hosting account, with a Cpanel control panel (industry standard) and FTP access.
   

• Dedicated IP Address - Your own IP address so you won't have to share it with other websites.  This is extremely beneficial for your SEO efforts.
   

• Website Template Design - We will present you with 3 template "mockups" and you can choose the one you like the best.  We'll go through one round of edits to make sure everything is the way you like it.
   

• Includes Setup Of Pages & Navigation - We'll set up to 10 of your initial pages and navigation structure so your framework for the website is complete.  You will be adding your written content.
   

• Edit Up To 10 Pictures For Gallery - We'll create a search engine friendly photo gallery page for you.  We'll properly resize, thumbnail and categorize your pictures.  You'll be able to add additional photos on your own if you like.  We'll just be laying out your gallery framework so you don't have to tinker around wasting time.
   

• Installation & Setup Of Google Analytics - This would include installation and setup of your Google Analytics account.  This is critical in understanding your traffic and reveals where you need to make improvements to your website.  We'll also setup your conversion tracking, so when people request a quote through your website you'll know exactly where they came from.
   

• Setup Request A Quote/Estimate Form - We'll setup the functionality for your contact page so that users can submit their contact info to you.  We'll customize the form with up to 10 questions for you.
   

• 30 Minute Personal Consultation - We'll take you by the hand and walk you through the website administration panel.  We'll show you how to edit your content, and manage your photo gallery.
   

• Unmatched Reliability & Customer Support - Our websites are all hosted on a dedicated server at a secure facility in Indiana.  We backup all sites nightly and we can reach our server technicians 24hrs a day 7 days a week if there are ever any technical issues with the server.
  
  During regular business hours 8am-5pm Monday to Friday you can reach us in the office via telephone and you can speak with an Online Marketing Consultant about your website and marketing needs and we are more than happy to talk shop with our customers.  Your success is our success!

If you're just looking for a very simple and professional looking web-presence then this is the package that you want to order.  While we only create one page for you in the system you still have the ability to add more pages to your site through your back office.

Custom Website Package $997.
(Renewable @ $247 Per Year)

This package would include us designing and setting up your website to your specifications.  If you want something unique, professional or based on your own ideas then this is the package for you.

• Includes Basic Website Package - This includes everything you see listed in the basic website package.
   
• Includes Custom Website Theme. We will design a professional looking template suited for your specific business.  This can be based on your input, examples, sketches or ideas, or we can make suggestions as well.  Typically we provide 3 site mockups for you to review and we'll go through the editing process from there.
   
• Creation Of Up To 10 Pages.  We will build up to 10 individual pages for your website.  Home, About Us, Services, Projects, And Request A Quote. For Example.  We will write the content and set everything up for you.
   
• Edit Up To 20 Pictures For Gallery - We'll create a search engine friendly photo gallery page for you.  We'll properly resize, thumbnail and categorize your pictures.  You'll be able to add additional photos on your own if you like.  We'll just be laying out your gallery framework.
   

If you're looking for a complete website that is affordable, effective and looks really good then this is the package you want to order.  You'll have nothing to setup on your own, everything will be done for you.  You will still have access to make any changes/edits or updates to your website.

Website And SEO Packages
(we provide exclusive SEO services)

Meaning: If you hire us to be your search marketing consultants we will not take on another competing contractor in your service area.  This is an annual agreement, there are no contracts to sign.

To retain exclusivity there is a retainer of $500 per year to monitor and maintain your search engine ranking.  This will also include FREE hosting for the year.

If you decide not to retain us as SEO consultants then after our 365 day period we are free to take on a new client within your service area and you are free to continue hosting your website with us ($247 annually) or you can move your website elsewhere should you wish.

Custom Website & SEO Package $1497
(Renewable  @ $500 Per Year)
 

Like our custom package, this would include us designing your website to your specifications.  Most importantly this package would include a few hours of Search Engine Optimization for your website.  For most contractors this is sufficient to garner some first page rankings.

• Includes Basic Website Package - This includes everything you see listed in the basic website package.
   
• Includes Custom Website Theme. We will design a professional looking template suited for your specific business.  This can be based on your input, examples, sketches or ideas, or we can make suggestions as well.  Typically we provide 3 site mockups for you to review and we'll go through the editing process from there until you're happy.
   
• Creation Of Up To 10 Pages.  We will build up to 10 individual pages for your website.  Home, About Us, Services, Projects, And Request A Quote. For Example.  We will write the content and set everything up for you.
   
• Edit Up To 30 Pictures For Gallery - We'll create a search engine friendly photo gallery page for you.  We'll properly resize, thumbnail and categorize your pictures.  You'll be able to add additional photos on your own if you like.  We'll just be laying out your gallery framework.
   
• Includes 3 Hours Dedicated SEO Time.  This three hours will include the following basic optimization techniques.
  
  - Content and Title Tag tune up. (helps overall)

  - Remaining time will be used to develop some keyword targeted backlinks to your new website.  Mainly from some of our other contracting clients.

(First page placement for up to 3 keyword phrases within 120 days.)

• Includes Basic Website Package.
   

• Includes Custom Website Theme. We will design a professional looking template suited for your specific business.  This can be based on your input, examples, sketches or ideas, or we can make suggestions as well.  Typically we provide 3 site mockups for you to review and we'll go through the editing process from there.
   

• Includes Creation Of Up To 15 Pages of content for your website.  This is unique content we will be writing for your website and the pages will be based around your most prominent keyword phrases.

• Includes 8 Hours Dedicated SEO Time.
  - Content and Title Tag tune up
  - Google Local Listing Setup
  - Yahoo Local Listing Setup
  - Bing Local Listing Setup
  - DMOZ Directory Submission
  - Construction/Contractor Directory Submissions
  - Targeted backlink campaign, mainly from Contractor websites in our network.
   

• Includes PPC Campaign Setup (optional) - If you can't wait for the traffic traditional SEO brings we can set you up with a Google Adwords PPC campaign to fill in the gap while you wait for ranking.  This gives us some insight into how well the website and chosen keywords will perform.
   

• Guaranteed First Page Placement - If after 120 days your website doesn't rank on the first page for the three keywords you've chosen you'll be refunded 50% of the cost of your package.

  * This package can also be paid in full in advance or pay 50% deposit and then 50% upon completion of our guarantee period should we meet the ranking criteria on our 3 chosen keywords.  Whichever you way you wish!

If you would like to pay 50% now and then 50% upon completion of our guarantee we are cool with that.

However, should we meet our guarantee before the 120 days we would appreciate prompt payment for our services as we are going to be spending a significant amount of "human time" on your project.
