For an additional fee we can even customize wordpress themes to suit your needs or even design a template from scratch if that's what you wish.

The packages below are all great packages for the do it yourselfer who is confident in their ability to write and manage their own content.

• Complete Cpanel Hosting Account - You'll have your own hosting account, with a Cpanel control panel (industry standard) and FTP access.
   

• Dedicated IP Address - Your own IP address so you won't have to share it with other websites.  This is beneficial for your SEO efforts.
   

• Installation & Setup Of Wordpress Software - This would include installing the software, and consulting with you on a theme (design) choice that will work for your contracting business and your specific needs.
   

• Includes Setup Of Your Chosen Pages - We'll set all of your initial pages and navigation up for you and install any 2 widgets or other items such as customer polls, newsletter software, request a quote forms, downloads etc...
   

• Installation Of Photo Gallery Plugin - We'll install a photo gallery plugin for you that makes it easy to add your photos at anytime you like.
   

• Installation & Setup Of Google Analytics - This would include installation and setup of your Google Analytics account.  Complete with conversion goals so you KNOW exactly where any of your leads are coming from.
   

• 30 Minute Personal Consultation - We'll take you by the hand and walk you through the wordpress administration panel.  We'll show you how to add and edit your content, install plugins and manage your photo gallery.

Meaning: If you hire us to be your search marketing consultants we will not take on another competing contractor in your service area.  This is an annual agreement.

To retain exclusivity there is a retainer of $500 per year to monitor and maintain your search engine ranking.  This will also include FREE hosting for the year.

If you decide not to retain us as SEO consultants then after our 365 day period we are free to take on a new client within your service area and you are free to continue hosting with us or you can move your website elsewhere should you wish.

Wordpress Website Setup & Basic SEO Package

• Includes Basic Wordpress Package.
   

• Includes 3 Hours Dedicated SEO Time.  This three hours will include the following basic optimization techniques.
  
  - Content and Title Tag tune up. (helps overall)
  - Google Local Listing Setup
  - Yahoo Local Listing Setup
  - Bing Local Listing Setup
  - DMOZ Directory Submission
  - Remaining time will be used to develop some keyword targeted backlinks to your new website.  Mainly from some of our other contracting clients.

If you would like to pay 50% now and then 50% upon completion of our guarantee we are cool with that.   Please contact us and we can have a meet and greet, discuss your needs and come up with a plan.  Upon hanging up we'll send you an invoice for the $650.00 and once paid we'll get down to business.

• Includes PPC Campaign Setup (optional) - If you can't wait for the traffic traditional SEO brings we can set you up with a Google Adwords PPC campaign to fill in the gap while you wait for ranking.  This gives us some insight into how well the website and chosen keywords will perform.
   

• Guaranteed First Page Placement - If after 90 days your website doesn't rank on the first page for the three keywords you've chosen you'll be refunded 50% of the cost of your package.
