This package takes approximately 14-21 business days to produce as we have more setup and a lot of writing to complete.  Before we launch the website we'll go over it with you and make sure you're 100% happy with the final product and then when you say "go" we'll launch it for you.  Once the website is launched we can proceed with your Google Business Profile optimization and other activities to continue building your authority and driving leads.

You can provide us with elements of other sites you might like and we offer some flexibility with the design.  If you leave it up to us you'll have a beautiful, professional website that will impress your potential clients.  If you care about results, just let us do our thing and you'll be very happy with your website. 

If you don't like the look of the sites we build then you'll probably want to hire someone else, I am just being straight up and honest with you. 

Custom designs are just that "custom" and not necessarily proven to work well.  When we design the site it's going to look great and help you attract more and better quality clients.

If you don't have very many photos of your work or the ones you have aren't the best quality, that's OK.  We can use stock photography on the website to get it rolling.  You'll want to replace any stock images with photos of your own work as soon as you can.

Once the website has been paid in full you will have full access to the website and you'll be able to edit content.  We use an extremely popular page builder software because it makes things really easy for our clients to go in and edit their websites.

During the first year our team will be responsible for adding new photos to your website.  We make sure the photos are properly resized, converted to webp format, and add proper image alt tags for your SEO.  We will organize the photos on the specific service pages they belong.  After the one year commitment is up, you'll be able to add your own photos or have us continue to manage the site for you.

Once you've paid for the website you own it free and clear.  Your first year of hosting is included with the price.  The annual renewal is $397 per year and that includes your hosting, technical support, wordpress and plugin updates, and daily site backups. 

If you want to continue with our online presence management it can be continued at $650/month with no contract.

No!  Our team of content experts handle all of the content writing.  The only exception would be your "About Us" page we might ask for some content for and also your project case studies we'll need at least some point form notes for to describe the scope of work.  That's it.  We handle all the pages, the blog articles, the GBP and Facebook posts.

We understand that investing in a professional online presence is a significant decision for many contractors. Rather than requiring a large upfront payment, we spread the cost over 12 months while continuing to build, improve, and manage your website throughout that first year. This allows you to start benefiting from your investment immediately while making the cost more manageable. After the first year, you own the website outright and can continue working with us at the same monthly rate if you'd like ongoing improvements.
